  • Oh, hello! Forgot to introduce myself—I’m Kass, the face of Mother Haven. A mama who needed this space just as much as you do.

    I didn’t create this app because I had everything figured out. I created it because I was a mother standing in the middle of her own unraveling — trying to hold a family, a body that didn’t feel like mine anymore, a heart full of emotions I had no space to put, and a life that had changed faster than I could catch up with.

    There were days I felt deeply connected and alive…and days I felt lost inside myself, wondering if anyone else felt this way.

    I kept wishing for a place to land, somewhere I could drop the weight for a moment, reconnect with my body, and remember I wasn’t meant to do any of this alone.

    I wanted:
