Postpartum Doula Support

My postpartum care includes daytime or overnight newborn care, light housework, meal planning, and emotional and informational support for the family. Based on your unique family needs, we will find a rhythm that allows you feel well-rested and supported.

Postpartum care includes:

  • Consistent newborn care (changing, feeding, and getting back to sleep) for family to rest

  • Light housework (dishes and laundry) and breakfast

  • Feeding education and support

  • Postpartum healing and babywearing education

  • Processing birth experience, emotional support, & more

8 to 12 hour windows provided up to 5 days a week. $55/hour or $60/hour with multiples or additional cooking. Package rates offered for extended support.
