I offer ritual-based and practical care for mothers who want a deeper container or support across early postpartum transitions.

Take on motherhood with deep, integrative support.

I offer postpartum integration sessions for a somatic-based option of care.

And I also provide overnight postpartum care for families who wish to rest and reset:

  • I have taken care of 10+ families through 6-12 week contracts over the last four years.

  • It is attentive and experienced newborn care you can trust.

  • Including fill-in practical care such as rotating laundry, cleaning dishes, sibling care, etc.

  • With ongoing voice note guidance for in-between support

  • small meal, tea or self-care prep for each visit

Price: $65/hour
