My postpartum support is not the same as modern postpartum doulas. I offer ritual-based care as well as practical care for mothers who want a deeper container and support across early postpartum transitions.

three 90-120 minute home visits over 4-6 weeks
emotional, spiritual, and somatic support at each visit
Postpartum Blessing ceremoy
ongoing guided reflection audio for in-between support
small meal, tea or self-care prep for each visit
