Postpartum Support

I offer ritual-based, practical care for mothers who want a deeper container and support across early postpartum transitions.

Take on motherhood with deep, ritualized support.

Postpartum care includes:

  • four 120-minute home visits over 4-6 weeks

  • supporting your body with nutritious food and sips

  • holding and caring for baby so you can rest and shower

  • emotional, spiritual, and somatic support at each visit

  • fill-in practical care such as rotating laundry, cleaning dishes, sibling care, etc.

  • Postpartum Blessing ceremony

  • ongoing voice note guidance for in-between support

  • small meal, tea or self-care prep for each visit
