ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Kass, MS,—mom, doula, and guide with a love for gathering and honoring women. My intention is holding women in spaces where they can come home to themselves and integrate this feeling into motherhood.

I became a doula when I was pregnant with my first because I felt that pregnancy demanded a deeper guide than a “what to expect while expecting” book or whatever else generic and disconnected truth that was offered to me. I became a somatic practitioner when I was postpartum from my first and pregnant with my second because I wanted to learn how to help moms feel safe in their bodies.

Now, I work as a doula and practitioner so that moms can feel connected and integrated through the transformation of motherhood. I believe that matrescence (and motherhood) is a huge nervous system and spiritual shift that demands sacred care so a mom can fully land.

Mother Haven is a sanctuary space for mothers to pause, breathe, and reorient their mothering. This foundation allows the mother to be tapped into her intuition, well-nourished, supported by her community, and in the flow of motherhood. Mother Haven exists to nurture mothers’ bodies, hearts, and spirits in pregnancy, birth, early postpartum, and beyond.

Outside of supporting moms and families, you'll usually find me spending time with my family as a wife and mama to two young boys, exploring nature, reading, tending to home life, and seeking simple, meaningful moments through slow living.

Currently, I offer doula support, 1:1 motherhood support, and shortened audio support through the Mother Haven library. Please reach out with any questions.
