Base Package
$800 — I work on a sliding scale basis for one client per month as I try to provide accessible care for those interested. Please contact me if you are unable to pay this amount. Payment plans available.
My prenatal appointments will include reviewing physiologic birth, medical interventions, birth fears, and somatic and spiritual grounding. I will help you and your partner prepare for an empowering, intimate experience, as well as a nourishing and blissful postpartum. You can expect:

My role as a doula is to walk alongside you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum in a way that helps you feel safe, informed, and connected to your body. I am here to create space for you to trust yourself and feel supported every step of the way.
Here’s what you can expect from me as your doula:
Prenatal Support
• Prenatal visits to prepare emotionally and practically
• Space to talk through fears, hopes, or previous birth experiences
• Body-based tools to help you and your partner feel more grounded and confident as birth approaches
• Guidance for partners on how to support you in ways that actually help
Labor & Birth Support
• Continuous, steady presence throughout labor
• Physical support (comfort measures, positioning, grounding touch)
• Emotional reassurance and guidance during intense moments
• Advocacy and support so you feel heard, respected, and supported
• Support for you to stay connected to your body, even when things are intense or unpredictable
Postpartum Support & Integration
• Space to talk through your birth experience
• Emotional support as you transition into postpartum life
• Gentle integration and care so nothing feels rushed or dismissed
• Ongoing support as you find your footing in early motherhood
